GOOD ATHLETES ARE BORN. GREAT ATHLETES ARE BUILT.

BUILT NOT BORN

At Built Not Born, we believe that good athletes are born, but great athletes are built.

Even something as small as 1% can be the difference between winning and losing.

1% represents the golden goal in the closing minute, the knockout punch in the final round and the last stride that pushes you ahead of your opposition down the home stretch.

It’s the 1% of athletes that push past their talent and instead put in the extra work behind the scenes.

The 1% concept is at the heart of our brand because ultimately, this is what separates the athletes from the ones that are built, not born.

There is no doubt that talent is required, but hard work always beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard.

The 1% concept is at the heart of our brand because ultimately, this is what separates the athletes from the ones that are built, not born.

 WHAT WE DO

Built Not Born is an athletic development centre working alongside amateur and professional athletes of all levels to develop their strength, power and speed, amongst other factors that are not often covered in traditional skill-based training that athletes will undergo within their clubs or individual coaching.

Talent is overrated. We believe that true athletic success is the result of consistency, discipline and professional guidance.

We aim to continuously push our athletes to the next level both physically and mentally through one-to-one training, online programmes, mentorship and educational content.

Our mission is to feed the sporting world with athletes who have the courage and drive to reach the pinnacle of their chosen sport.

TEAM

“I’ve always had a passion for sports. Growing up, my personal circumstances didn’t allow me to pursue my ambitions. However, my dream isn’t over, I just live it through my athletes now”.
